Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and general usage information.
  • Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used in aggregate, such as page views, visits, and which pages are most popular. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use essential cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the Site, for example to maintain your shopping cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

Payment card numbers are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

  • process and fulfill orders, including payment, shipping, and delivery of digital products;
  • send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates, ebook download links, and review requests;
  • provide customer support and respond to inquiries;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our business:

  • Stripe — payment processing and tax calculation.
  • EasyPost and shipping carriers — shipping rate calculation, label generation, and delivery of physical orders within the United States.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email.
  • Supabase — application hosting, database, and file storage for our services.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, performance, and privacy-first, cookieless website analytics. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and related technical data as part of providing these services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We retain order and customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
